   Audio files, video, or a YouTube channel you control. Multiple recordings can become a single coherent book.

   Attest your rights

   Upload material you own or are authorized to use and confirm speaker consent, or connect YouTube and submit individual videos you own or control. No AI processing begins without a verified basis.

   We analyze

   Transcription, voice fingerprinting, atmosphere extraction, idea mapping. We learn how you speak and what you teach.

   Recommendation

   We score your source and recommend the package whose scope it supports, a Study Guide, a Medium-Length Book, or a Full-Length Book. The three are the same source-grounded system and differ by scope, never by quality. You can accept or pick differently. A project larger than Full-Length routes to a scoped review so it can be planned responsibly; it is never sold as a separate package.

   Outline collaboration

   Drag chapters into order. Confirm timeline. Fill in gaps. Your structural decisions before generation cost nothing; after generation they draw your Hugo Credits.

   Generation

   A three-pass editorial cycle drafts the prose, critiques it, then rewrites. Every chapter goes through the full cycle.

   Chapter 1 preview

   Read the full first chapter. Editorial review, voice signals, structure. All real. No payment yet.

   Pay if happy

   Unlock the rest. One-time payment based on product type. No subscriptions.

    Edit collaboratively

    Small fixes and full chapter revisions draw your Hugo Credits, which come with your purchase and can be topped up anytime. Hugo works alongside you the whole way.

    Dedication, About the Author, copyright page, drafted in your voice and edited by you.

    Export package

    PDF, EPUB, DOCX, Markdown, plain text. Plus a rights checklist, AI-disclosure page, and copyright page formatted for your chosen publishing platform.

    Publishing guidance

    KDP, IngramSpark, Apple Books, or your local print shop. We tell you what each platform needs and draft your back-cover copy.

    Yours to keep

    100% rights retained. We never train models on your content. Your manuscript stays in your account indefinitely.
